Given the nature of our organization and the vital role these contributions play, we have implemented a no-refund and no-returns policy for most online purchases. This policy is in place due to the administrative costs and resources required to process refunds and returns, which would significantly impact our ability to serve our community and further our cause.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there has been an error with your order or you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to refuse any request that does not align with our policy.
